Exclusive Services Travel Agency reserves the right to change, modify, update, add to or cancel all or part of the Booking Terms (depending on the instance) at any time and without prior notification.

By regularly visiting the website, you can stay abreast of any modifications for which it is assumed that we have your full consent.

All prices are fixed at the time you make your booking.

Exclusive Services Travel Agency reserves the right to change the advertised prices at any time without prior notification.

The prices include taxes, service charges and any other costs which are only specified on our website.

As soon as the availability and total cost of the services are confirmed by Exclusive Services Travel Agency, which is usually only a few hours upon receiving the request (within 24 hours, at the most), we will ask you to confirm your booking.

How to pay?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Visa Credit Card, Visa Debit Card, Mastercard, Maestro and AmEx. Upon booking you are asked to pay a deposit. When you meet your professional tour manager or your chauffeur, you can pay by cash or (any credit card & debit card) as listed above.

Is it safe?

To ensure the protection of your personal data, the Exclusive Services website uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)

We kindly request that the credit card you use has an expiry date at least one month after the final date of your booking.

For each charge made to your credit card, an ‘electronic’ receipt will be issued and sent to you by e-mail.

The charge to your credit card will appear on your statement as Menelaos G. Zouraris Exclusive Services Travel Agency.

Cancellations

You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time, incurring the following penalties:

• If you cancel at least 30 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
• If you cancel between 14 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 7 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.

No booking or credit card fees!

When you book with a travel agent, you can be charged unexpected fees. Exclusive Services Travel Agency will never charge you hidden booking or credit card fees.
